Ingredients
- ¼ cup whipping cream
- 2 tbsp white miso paste or use whatever type you have in hand
- 2 packages instant ramen, one seasoning packets discarded (preferably a basic ramen like Shin Black or Sapporo Ichiban)
- 1 can (106 g) Club des Millionnaires wild brisling sardines in olive oil
- Your choice of toppings (green onion, chili oil, sesame seeds, corn kernels, boiled eggs, etc…)
Directions
- In a small bowl whisk together whipping cream, miso, and one of the seasoning packets from the ramen then add sardines including oil from the can. Stir to combine, lightly breaking up sardines and set aside.
- Cook ramen noodles as per package instructions, using ¼ cup less water. Divide noodles among 2 bowls.
- Add miso mixture to cooking liquid and stir until dissolved. Pour broth over noodles and garnish as desired.
