Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dijon mustard
- 2 cans (106g) Club des Millionnaires Brisling Sardines Mediterranean, drained
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder and dijon. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the sardines and toss gently so they are coated in the dressing.
- Serve on toast with pickles.
