Ingredients

  • 8 pieces whole grain bread, toasted
  • 2 large ripe avocados
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 8 Club Des Millionnaires Anchovy Fillets, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup feta, crumbled
  • ⅛ cup sprouts or microgreens
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mash the avocado with the lime juice and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Top each piece of toast with the mashed avocado, sliced radish, anchovies, feta and sprouts.
