Avocado Anchovy Toast with Radishes and Feta
- 8 pieces whole grain bread, toasted
- 2 large ripe avocados
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 radishes, thinly sliced
- 8 Club Des Millionnaires Anchovy Fillets, roughly chopped
- ¼ cup feta, crumbled
- ⅛ cup sprouts or microgreens
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a small bowl, mash the avocado with the lime juice and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Top each piece of toast with the mashed avocado, sliced radish, anchovies, feta and sprouts.
