Bagel With Sardines, Cream Cheese and Capers

Ingredients

  • 1 can (106 g) of Club des Millionaires wild brisling sardines in olive oil
  • 110g of cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons capers, chopped
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon (zest)
  • 4 sesame bagels
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese with half the dill, half the capers, the green onion and the lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the bagels in half and toast them.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the bagels. Garnish with sardines, red onions and the rest of the dill and capers.
