Ingredients
- 1 can (106 g) of Club des Millionaires wild brisling sardines in olive oil
- 110g of cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons capers, chopped
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon (zest)
- 4 sesame bagels
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese with half the dill, half the capers, the green onion and the lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the bagels in half and toast them.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on the bagels. Garnish with sardines, red onions and the rest of the dill and capers.
